Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


2. Shipping Costs

 

We care about our customers and we know you don't like delivery charges only that's why there is no shipping cost cause we offer free shipping all over the world

 

RETURN POLICY 

Refund Policy :

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

We wish you to be fully satisfied with every online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchasing, please contact us and you can send us a return request (except custom orders) within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once we receive a return request we will provide a Pre-Paid Shipping Label for Domestic Buyers. Please note Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Conditions Of Return Goods :

We accept the return of products only purchased from our website.

*  if items received in defective or damaged condition

*  if items do not match as per description

*  if the wrong product received

Items must be returned in the same condition in which the buyer has received them. Each item has attached barcode tags and it should not be returned in unused condition with all original packaging. ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.

You can expect to receive your refund within 1 week after receiving it. Once we inspect return goods properly and find everything fine as per our return policy we will proceed with the refund process.

Product Availability Policy :

* Due to multiple selling channels, sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may become out of stock before we're able to post a notification at the site. In such a situation, we will inform you personally by e-mail if your order includes such stock.

* If you choose the goods which are out of stock (Sold or unavailable in required quantity) then the processing may be delayed. We will inform you via email as soon as possible and will keep you updated about the status of your order.

* In case of payment received for goods out of stock, the due amount will be easily refunded as per your preference.
